The new external facade has transformed what was an old brick warehouse to a modern and contemporary building. The refurbishment also involved a simple and minimal internal fitout including staff amenities.
Refurbishment of the existing BAC long term car park and lift lobbies, brings the ageing car park in line with current international standards and ensuring the continuity of the facility with the new 9 storey car park.
Building 2 was the second development that consisted of re-purposing an existing warehouse and transforming it into a new 1,260m² commercial space. The refurbishment brought the building in line with current building codes and regulations.
