Multi Span are a proud family business but that doesn’t just include the families that founded the company. Father and son team, John and Scott Gregory have been working together with Scott as the Project Manager and John as the Site Manager over several projects on and off for the past five years. They recently completed a service station and Zarraffa’s in Hervey Bay and are now working together on a large extension for Stratco Australia in Ormeau.
Scott reflected on what it’s like to work so closely with his Dad. “When I was younger, he taught me everything there is to know about building, and now I’m passing on my knowledge back to him, building with the assistance of technology.”
Scott is the fifth generation builder in his family and said “One day, hopefully, my son could be teaching me on site.”
