The complex refurbishment of the former Dunlop mattress factory by Multi Span Australia and Synergy Property Partners is near completion. The mixed use development currently comprises of a 24-hour gym, pool shop, recycling centre, commercial offices, Bridgestone Tyre & Auto Service and a karate dojo just to name a few with more community services to come.
