Millenium Place

Situated in the Wondall Business Park the warehouse and office was designed as a dual tenancy building. It functions as a medium scale goods and storage warehouse with a connecting ground and first floor office component.

The office exterior is a mix of metal clad awning fins that frame and break the facade, combined with extruded aluminium blades that act as sun and privacy screens over the glazing.

Situated in the Brisbane Airport precinct, this 6,500m2 warehouse was designed and constructed for large scale goods storage and distribution, featuring a high bay racking and picking system that enabled fast dispatch to transport services. With a 625m2 two storey office component conveying a strong corporate image.

Jack Evans Boat Harbour (JEBH)

The Jack Evans Boat Harbour, a kilometre long foreshore redevelopment, is Tweed Shire Council’s cornerstone to rejuvenating the CBD and long- term economic stability of the Tweed/Coolangatta area located on the Queensland and New South Wales border.
 
The community open space development has easilly accessible parklands featuring;


> safe and well lit beach decks, walkways and cycle-ways

> approx 2500m2 of timber boardwalk varying from 3-10m in width

> sheltered swimming areas, and open play spaces

> 238 panel foreshore bank revetment and drainage amalgamation, with in-line filtration works to improve water quality in the harbour

> world class water sensitive urban design (WSUD) features, eliminating the need for irrigation
 
All aspects of the built environment has complimented the surrounding natural, cultural and built landscape while protecting and promoting the natural beauty and environment of the area.

The Mitchell Aquatic Centre

The Mitchell Aquatic facility located in the township of Mitchell in rural Queensland, also known as the gateway to the Outback.

The overall facility Master Plan and stage 1 redevelopment was to maximise and to create an identity of each individual activity in which the town hall, Great Artisan Spa and memorial swimming pools centre delivers to the local community and to the travelling tourist trade.

The stage 1 works involved the aquatic development of a 25m 6 lane competition swimming and program pool, a zero depth children’s water play area, the refurbishment of the existing entry administration and amenities building and facility service upgrades.

Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre (TRAC)

The Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre is situated in the township of Murwillumbah, in northern New South Wales. The project consisted of fast track programme delivery of both indoor and outdoor aquatic facilities.
