The mixed use brief and tight constrainst of the site, required a careful understanding of the existing infrastructure, the proposed facility requirements and the development of the sites attributes. The Master planning facilitated the functional layout and integration of a Multi storey three level car park, an aquatic leisure facility comprising of an indoor aquatic building housing several aquatic activities, an outdoor aquatic activities area, grandstand and a Cafe with dual service ability for both internal and external patrons.
