Tweed Regional Aquatic Centre
The mixed use brief and tight constraints of the site, required a careful understanding of the existing infrastructure, the proposed facility requirements and the development of the site's attributes.
The Master planning facilitated the functional layout and integration of a Multi storey three level car park, an aquatic leisure facility comprising of an indoor aquatic building housing several aquatic activities, an outdoor aquatic activities area, grandstand and a Cafe with dual service ability for both internal and external patrons.
BAC Data Centre
The BAC Data Centre located at Export Park 3 at the Brisbane Airport is an architecturally significant building, comprising the most sophisticated technology to manage the increasing demands for data storage. Consisting of two levels of data area, offices, a loading bay with lift and a contemporary reception and waiting area. The structure is a clever combination of tilt panels, glazing, structural steel and architectural designed external cladding to give the building an iconic status.

CSR Brendale
Located in the Brendale industrial area this warehouse and ancillary office was constructed for the Moreton Bay Regional Council. The large warehouse is to cater for the bulk storage and distribution of building materials.
The warehouse is a structural steel portal frame system with sheet metal cladding, and has an ESFR sprinkler fire engineered solution for a large isolated building. The ancillary office building is a concrete tilt panel and structural steel design, housing a purposed built internal fitout for CSR Bradford Insulation.

Curtin Avenue
Multi Span Australia was approached by Metro Developments to develop the design and to construct the multi function industrial development. The brief called for a open office split over two levels, adjoining the warehouse space. The design conveys a contemporary layering of materials, crowned by a defined roof canopy formed by the cantilevered office edge.

Agora Timbers
Situated in the Port of Brisbane precinct, Agora Timbers 600m2 office and 6,500m2 warehouse is designed primarily for the storage and distribution of local and imported tropical timbers.
The storage involves covered and air seasoning areas for timbers combined with an ecological bioretention landscaping to contain and treat the tannins and natural by products from the timbers.
The office facade is a simple expressive mix of timber and steel aimed to showcase aesthetic compositions of natural timber.
