In doing so, we have won a range of awards for projects which we hold high, to set the benchmark for all projects to come.

Property Council of Australia (PCA) WSP Award for 'Best Sustainable Development - New Buildings

Multi Span Australia was part of the project team that produced the BAC iseek Data Centre, located in Export Park 3. The Data Centre has won the Property Council of Australia (PCA) WSP Award for 'Best Sustainable Development - New Buildings.' Strategically designed to reduce its carbon footprint, power consumption and energy through design and technology innovations, the Data Centre has achieved Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) rating of 1.3 by The Green Grid, one of the lowest power usage indexes in Australia. The sophisticated building provides customers with state-of-the-art facilities and establishes a new industry standard for the next generation of green data centres in Australia. 2011 Master Builders Awards - Data Centre

Multi Span Australia wins again – The 2011 Brisbane Master Builders awards night was yet another success event for the company, taking out first place in the Industrial Building over $4 million category for the BAC Data Centre. Congratulations to all involved in the BAC Data Centre development and we most certainly look forward to more successful projects in the future

2011 Gold Coast Region Civil Contractor of the Year Award

The hard work has paid off yet again for Multi Span Australia as we add another Master Builders award to our collection for 2011, recently taking out the 2011 Gold Coast Civil Contractor of the Year award for the Jack Evans Boat Harbour Project. Congratulations to all of those involved in making this project such a success.

2009 Master Builders Awards - Sporting & Community Service Facility - Tweed regional Aquatic Centre
